MAKING GOOD MUSIC!

Formed in March of 2008, the cuban quartet Iroko Project hopes to bring not only to eastern canada, where they currently reside, but also to the rest of Canada, their music with strong afrocuban roots and Latin Jazz. Presently the group performs in various jazz clubs in the Toronto area. Iroko is formed by percussionist Jorge Torres, bassist Roberto Riveron, violinist and vocalist Yosvany Castañeda, and pianist Jorge Betancourt.
